Terms of Service

JobFitsMe helps approved private-beta users manage roles on LinkedIn Jobs, synchronize job actions, manage resumes, request job-fit analysis, generate tailored resume content and cover letters, and view AI usage. Features are initiated through the user interface; JobFitsMe does not scan job listings in the background. JobFitsMe is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

• The private beta uses Google sign-in and is restricted to approved testers.
• You must use an account you are authorized to access and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity through your browser and account and must report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• We may refuse, suspend, or revoke beta access to protect users, third parties, or the service, or when these Terms are breached.

JobFitsMe uses a backend-managed OpenAI integration. AI-generated scores, explanations, resume suggestions, and cover letters may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. They are decision-support tools, not professional advice or guarantees of eligibility, employment, interviews, or application success. You must review each output, ensure submitted information is truthful, and make your own application decisions. Do not use JobFitsMe to fabricate qualifications or experience.

You retain ownership of the resumes, directions, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Oren Software the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. The Privacy Policy explains raw-file processing, persistent derived data, OpenAI transfers, retention, export, and deletion.

• Premium: A$9.99 per month and 150 AI credits per billing period.
• Pro: A$19.99 per month and 500 AI credits per billing period.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. Its hosted checkout shows the final amount, applicable GST or other taxes, billing period, and payment method before you confirm. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt. Credits provide metered access to eligible AI actions, have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not roll over after the billing period unless the product interface expressly states otherwise.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not normally reverse the current charge. Paid access and remaining period credits continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which paid features and unused credits expire. Deleting your JobFitsMe account cancels active subscriptions before local account deletion but does not itself create a refund.

The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Except where mandatory law provides a withdrawal or refund right, we do not provide refunds merely for changing your mind, not using the service or credits, forgetting to cancel, or for a partially used billing period. This does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees and applicable EU or EEA withdrawal rights. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

• Use JobFitsMe only for lawful, personal job-search activities.
• Do not misuse LinkedIn, bypass service or credit limits, scrape or automate abuse, probe security, introduce harmful code, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload content you lack rights to use or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, employment, or other laws.
• Follow applicable Chrome, LinkedIn, Google, OpenAI, and Lemon Squeezy terms.

JobFitsMe software, branding, interface, and service content are owned by Oren Software or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or distribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Google, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Lemon Squeezy, Chrome, and other providers operate under their own terms and policies. JobFitsMe is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. A provider's interruption or policy change may affect a JobFitsMe feature.

The beta may contain errors and may change. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the extension. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and lawful record retention—continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobFitsMe is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, employment outcomes, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every LinkedIn layout. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oren Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@jobfitsme.com.
